Faith Community Leaders, clergy and lay leaders, mental health professionals, AND community members are invited to attend an expert panel discussion on "Youth Mental Health and the Faith Community." It will be hosted by and held at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church on Saturday, October 21, 2023 in the Fellowship Hall at 1785 Mt. Gilead Church Road, Pittsboro, NC. The panel will share current youth mental health resources in Chatham County. The program is open to ANYONE who is interested in how to navigate the mental health system and how faith communities can step and help. Just show up! No registration is required. Note: This is not a FCMI sponsored event. We are publicizing in support of this local effort to provide mental health programing.
